How we collect, use and protect your personal data — and the rights you have over it. We keep this plain and honest, the same way we run fulfilment.
In short: we only collect the details you give us through our forms, call bookings and emails, we use them to prepare quotes and provide fulfilment services, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to show, correct or delete it at any time.
This website is operated by Pulse Fulfilment Limited ("Pulse Fulfilment", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England & Wales. We provide order fulfilment and third-party logistics (3PL) services to ecommerce brands.
For the purposes of UK data protection law — the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 — Pulse Fulfilment Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
We collect only the personal data we need to respond to you and deliver our services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Contact & identity | Your name, business name, job role, email address and phone number. |
| Enquiry details | Your monthly order volume, sector, sales channels and carriers, and anything you tell us about your products and fulfilment needs. |
| Booking information | The date and time you select for a discovery call, made through our scheduling provider. |
| Technical & usage | Information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site (where analytics or cookies are enabled). |
| Communications | The content of emails, calls and messages you exchange with us. |
We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health or political information) through this website. Please don't include it in free-text fields.
Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis to process your personal data. We rely on the following:
| What we do | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Respond to enquiries, prepare bespoke quotes and arrange discovery calls | Legitimate interests / steps to enter into a contract |
| Provide and manage our fulfilment services once you become a client | Performance of a contract |
| Send service updates and relevant marketing (where you'd expect it or have opted in) | Consent and/or legitimate interests |
| Keep records, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations | Legal obligation |
| Maintain the security and performance of our website | Legitimate interests |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we've considered whether those interests are overridden by your rights, and you can object at any time (see Your rights). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as a UK adequacy decision, the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — so your data receives equivalent protection.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it for:
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and working only with reputable providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take security seriously and review our measures regularly.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email us at sales@pulsefulfilment.co.uk. We'll respond within one month. There's normally no charge.
Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We'll post any changes here and update the "last updated" date above. Please check back periodically.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact us:
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's data protection authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
